Prison Lockdowns Are Becoming More Frequent and More Brutal Across the US

RAPP (Release Aging People in Prison) has just released their Legislative Platform for 2024 (see attached). In addition to the Elder Parole and Fair and Timely Parole bills, RAPP is supporting a number of other important criminal justice reform bills, which ENJAN also supports.
