On Thursday, October 27th, the Northern Dutchess Branch of the NAACP is sponsoring a Town Hall discussion on criminal justice reform with Jillian Hanlon, the Democratic candidate for Dutchess County Sheriff. The event will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Family Partnership Center, which is located at 29 North Hamilton Street in Poughkeepsie.
