After the brutal murders

ENJAN Members, 

After the brutal murder of Robert Brooks at the Marcy Correctional Facility in December and the brutal murder of Messiah Nantwi at Mid-State Correctional Facility last month, the situation has only gotten worse. The oppression and violence against incarcerated individuals continues. The HALT! Act remains suspended. We encourage ENJAN members to sign the following petition calling upon Governor Hochul to take action to hold the DOCCS accountably and restore the HALT! Act.
