A Public Forum on Federal and State Education Policy
(and its impact on public education in Dutchess County).
This event is free and open to the public – all who care about the state of public education in Dutchess County are encouraged to attend.

Moderator: Dr. Joan Mandle, Executive Director, Democracy Matters.
The Alliance For Quality Education, the statewide advocacy group for public education will be represented by Jasmine Gripper, Legislative Director & Statewide Education Advocate.
The purpose of the DCPAA is to inspire and mobilize sustained community activism through the involvement of the people of Dutchess County, New York, in order to promote progressive agendas at all levels of government.
The Forum will address Federal and State Education policies which affect school funding at every level, provide support for many programs and administer policies and regulations which impact the daily operation of all public schools. Community input is encouraged.
